Kevin Ganci
Kevin is licensed to practice in Federal and State Courts in Texas, having previously been employed in the securities industry. Kevin provides legal representation to plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of complex commercial disputes and transactions including trade secret, commercial lease, construction, employment, real estate and breach-of-contract lawsuits. Kevin has extensive experience representing high tech clients with a keen understanding of the unique issues affecting these clients. Kevin has tried cases involving copyright and trade secret infringement issues, complex data center lease disputes, employment disputes, and a variety of other business matters.

Amy Ganci
Amy has been practicing law in Texas since 1988 and enjoys an active commercial and consumer litigation and tort law practice. Amy cut her teeth in the late 1980’s on savings and loan litigation and has tried a number of cases involving complex loan, real estate and construction matters. Amy also regularly handles professional negligence cases and is a certified mediator. Most recently, Amy’s commercial trial practice has focused on fiduciary, contract, tort and partnership issues. In October 2019, Amy first chaired a team that obtained one of the largest verdicts in Cooke County, Texas arising from the malicious prosecution of a reining horse trainer.
Amy grew up in Lexington, Kentucky and was quickly enamored with horses. An avid horsewoman since childhood, Amy grew up riding hunters, but now focuses her riding activities on the dressage discipline.
